Myocardial ischemia may occur in humans with impaired endothelium-dependent coronary flow reserve of the coronary epicardial and microcirculation. This study demonstrates that coronary endothelial dysfunction in humans may be temporally associated with myocardial perfusion defects and supports a role for the coronary epicardial and microcirculation endothelium in regulating myocardial perfusion. In group 3, perfusion defects were within the LAD territory, reflecting a decrease in %deltaCAD and %deltaCBF by 35+/-5% and 51+/-14%, respectively. In group 2, %deltaCAD decreased by 26+/-5%, but %deltaCBF increased by 54+/-17%. In group 1, perfusion defects outside the LAD territory reflected an increase in %deltaCAD and %deltaCBF by 24+/-5% and 241+/-46% in the LAD. All patients had intact endothelium-independent vasodilation. Make a measurement with the dimension tool of the critical lenght. It takes a little math, but what I do is determine one of the actual dimensions of the scanned part (in your case the 4 inch length). Patients were divided blindly into three groups: Perfusion defects in non-LAD territory (group 1, n=6), no perfusion defects (group 2, n=7), and perfusion defects in the LAD territory (group 3, n=7). With deltacad, it imports the picture at the same size as the screen image, not the drawing scale. 99mTc sestamibi was injected intravenously just prior to the infusion of the highest dose of acetylcholine. Coronary endothelium-independent vasodilation was examined using intracoronary adenosine and nitroglycerin. Percent change in CAD (%deltaCAD) was measured by quantitative coronary angiography, and percent change in coronary blood flow (%deltaCBF) was calculated using intracoronary flow Doppler. You can keep the origin (the point 0,0) in the LB import or you can ignore that too. LB scales real numbers to fit into 16-bit integer space and you can re-scale that to whatever you want. When you use a CAD app to make a dxf drawing, the scale is irrelevant. You can do a best match to convert the DXF palette to the default palette of 63 colors used in almost all ILDA format 1 frames.ĭeltaCAD is only 2D DXF out, but LaserBoy is 3D in or out. Open in LaserBoy! Save as any 2D version of ILDA from LaserBoy. Click, move, click, move, click, move, double click to end. Just don't use black as a drawing color! DeltaCAD has a POLYLINE tool that is super easy to use. You can set the background to black, open a raster image into the background and trace vectors over it. You can also use DeltaCAD to make your own original art. (You can uninstall and reinstall and it works again, although it is certainly worth $40.) You can get the demo app for free and it runs for 45 days. If you export that as DXF from DeltaCAD, it should open in any other app that reads DXF. I just tried DeltaCAD version 8 to import a DXF file I made in LaserBoy and it works! For some reason it doesn't work in versions after that. If I have to do something to fix the code, I can do that.ĭeltaCAD used to be able to open LB dxf as is. The ENTITES section is where all the drawing is. Some objects don't require a value, but the second line is still there with an unused value. DXF objects are always two lines an identifier and a value. Take a look at the first two lines of the LB dxf and the last two lines. I'm sure you know that DXF files are plain text. Have you tried to create a simple DXF file from one of your apps and copying the ENTITES section from the LB dxf export into the place where the ENTITES go? It is more than 55K lines of active code. I started on the code about 2 months before the end of 2003. Do you know of any programs that can load an ENTITIES dxf? I tried exporting a dxf - thanks for the tip! Unfortunately I can't get Corel Draw or 3DS Max to import the dxf file (I get an "eLayerGroupCodeMissing" error in 3DS Max, Corel isn't as verbose, just a generic error). Whoa, I've never used LaserBoy before, awesome piece of software! Damn, you've put a ton of work into this.
